This notice explains how RockerLink uses information submitted through this website.

What the forms collect

The interest form collects your name, email address, optional camera, side handle, and lens motor details, the time you sign up, and a record of your agreement to receive RockerLink updates.

The contact form collects your name, reply email address, subject, message, and submission time.

How it is used

Interest-list details are used to manage the list, understand requested camera setups, and send the development and preorder updates you agree to receive. Joining is not a purchase, a stock reservation, or a guarantee of availability.

Contact-form details are used to read and respond to your enquiry. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing or the interest list.

Where it is stored

Submissions are saved in a private database used by this website. Signup details are also copied to a private Google Sheet, and contact messages are forwarded to a private inbox using Google Apps Script and Gmail. These records are not publicly accessible.

The website and database use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting services. These providers and Google may process information outside your country of residence.

Basic abuse prevention

The forms use a hidden spam field and a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The application does not store your raw IP address in the signup or message records. Hosting providers may maintain operational and security logs. This website does not add advertising trackers.

Your choices

To leave the list or request access, correction, or deletion of your details, send a message through the contact form using the email address associated with your record. Details are kept while needed to manage the interest list or your enquiry, unless you request removal sooner.
